We are committed to transparency about the limited data we collect and how we use it. QObserva is offered first as an open-source, local-first observability tool for quantum computing workflows. Much of the software runs on your own systems and does not send your runtime data to us. This policy describes:

The core QObserva software is designed to run locally. By default, it does not transmit your quantum run data, metrics, or personally identifiable information to BuildersArk or any third party. If you use only the open-source, local deployment:

• We do not collect or store your runtime data, algorithm outputs, or usage patterns from the software itself.
• Any data processed by the software remains on your systems unless you explicitly configure it to send data elsewhere (e.g., to your own infrastructure).

If we later offer optional cloud features, paid plans, or telemetry, we will update this policy and, where required by law, obtain consent before collecting such data.

We use the information we collect to:
